Q. How long does the flame last?

If you fill the burner cup with ethanol, it will burn for about 10 minutes.

Q. How do I clean up after use?

After the burner cup has cooled sufficiently, you can separate and wash it.
Any candle bar that has not been fully burned can be reused by refilling with ethanol.

Q. The flame does not light well. What should I do?

The candle bar will not light on its own. Please fill the burner cup with more than 80% ethanol and then light it.
If it still does not light, remove a little of the candle bar to increase the contact area between the ethanol and air, and it will ignite.

Q. How should I store the candle bar?

Store the candle bar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We recommend using it within 24 months of receipt, but depending on storage conditions, it may last longer.

Q. When I light it, smoke or soot appears. What should I do?

When using the candle bar, incomplete combustion may cause smoke or soot. In this case, remove some of the candle bar or add more ethanol to increase the contact area with air, and smoke will not occur.

Q. Does the candle bar have a scent?

Before lighting the candle bar, you can smell the natural scent of the raw material. However, since it is made only with raw materials and soy wax, no additional fragrance ingredients are added, so it does not have the same scent as commercial scented candles or air fresheners. - Please ventilate the area after 2-3 hours of use.
- Even after the fire is out, the fire holder cup is still hot, so do not touch it.
