Production Details
All production processes are carried out
in Ilcheong's studio,
in collaboration over a long period of time with
experts in plating, casting, and knotting.
This product was created through careful consideration.
After 3D modeling, each incense case frame was crafted by hammering, and the floral lattice door and hinges are finished by hammering (riveting). The incense case part uses both zinc alloy and brass casting.Brass is used for the detachable ring part. Zinc alloy is among metals,lightweight and non-toxic,(does not contain lead [Pb]), making it a popular accessory material and allowing for a reasonable sponsorship price. Zinc alloy is also used in luxury accessories under the name "metal." Its hardness makes it difficult to work with for the intricate patterns and shapes of the incense case, resulting in a high defect rate. Sorting out defects and fitting the incense case properly is the most challenging part of production.

The gypsum tablet is an add-on method, so you can spray your usualperfume on both sides, let it dry completely, and then place it in the 'incense case.' You can also enjoy the scent by adding potpourri or fragrant wood. To prevent scents from mixing, you can additionally support more gypsum tablets.
*Since the base of the gypsum is white, mixing too many colors lowers its quality. Each gypsum may have slight color differences due to hand-mixing and manual work for proper coloring, so there may be color differences from what you see on the screen.
