After-sales service policy
- Warranty period: 6 months from the date of product receipt
- A/S policy: We will repair or exchange defects occurring within 6 months.
- Cases where A/S is not available: Even within the warranty period, if the damage is caused by the user's intentional act or negligence, A/S cannot be provided. Likewise, we are not responsible for damage to the product or related equipment (camera, lens, etc.) caused by the user's carelessness.
- How to request A/S: Please submit your request with specific details of the defect to the contact point below, and we will process it after accurate verification.
