How to Use Guide
1. After the Wadiz funding ends and payment is successfully completed, you will receive a Naver reservation link.
2. Please access the Naver reservation link prepared exclusively for Wadiz supporters, then select the same option you chose when purchasing on Wadiz and make your reservation. To avoid confusion, you must reserve with the exact same option.
3. When selecting the date and time on Naver, you must reserve the same item as the consulting you funded on Wadiz.
(Example) If you selected Basic Care Consulting, please reserve as Basic Care Consulting on Naver as well.
4. After receiving confirmation of your Naver reservation, please visit Dr. Scalp Gangnam Main Branch at the reserved date and time.
5. At the counter, after confirming your Wadiz funding details and Naver reservation, you will begin your personalized scalp care according to the guidance.
6. Please use all your care vouchers within the provided usage period.
We are not responsible for any loss due to expiration of the period.
Precautions and Refund Policy Guide
1. By purchasing this reward, you are considered to have agreed to the precautions and refund policy.
2. The reward sent in this project is a Naver reservation link exclusively for Wadiz supporters.
Therefore, after the Naver reservation link is sent, refunds are absolutely not possible after 7 days, which is the refund period allowed by Wadiz, even if you have not used the service. Please make sure to check this before purchasing.
3. After receiving the 1:1 detailed diagnosis & personalized scalp care consulting, refunds are not possible for any reason.
There have been cases of malicious refund requests citing 'dissatisfaction with care results,' which is a matter of personal difference. This policy was inevitably established to protect the branch and trichologists (managers), so please agree to this policy before participating in the reward funding.
4. After funding the scalp care program reservation voucher on Wadiz, you must reserve your visit date and time through the provided Naver link for your visit to be confirmed. If you visit Dr. Scalp Gangnam Main Branch without a Naver reservation, we may not be able to assist you. (Request to visit again after reserving another date)
5. Reservation changes are only possible up to 3 days in advance.
If a no-show occurs after the reservation deadline or on the day of the reservation, future reservations may not proceed smoothly.
6. The trichologist (manager) will keep time open and wait for supporters who have promised to visit.
7. Depending on the content of the scalp care consulting on site, the details of your Wadiz funding and care may differ. If you wish to receive additional care, extra charges may apply.
8. The results of personalized scalp care may vary from person to person.
In addition to visiting the care center, please continue to manage your scalp at home with the provided hair products!
