We strive to ensure your satisfaction and to facilitate smooth exchanges and refunds for purchased clothing products. However, please understand that exchanges or refunds may be difficult in the following cases:)

1. If there are signs of use or wear on the product

For clothing products,Defects found after wearing cannot be exchanged or refunded. This also applies if there are signs of wear or if the product hasstains or odors present.

2. If the product tag or label has been removed

For exchanges or refunds,the product tag and label must be intact and undamaged. If the tag is removed or damaged, resale is not possible and exchange or refund may be difficult.

3. Product damage due to customer negligence

If the washing instructions are not followed or the product is used carelessly, resulting indamage, stains, or deformation In this case, exchanges and refunds are not possible.

4. If the value of the product has decreased due to the passage of time.

After receiving the clothing product,7 days have passed, If this occurs, the value of the product may decrease or resale may become difficult, making exchanges or refunds challenging.

• Other non-refundable policies.

1. Exchanges/returns due to a simple change of mind by the supporter can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. (Return shipping cost is borne by the supporter.)
2. If the content of the product differs from what was indicated or advertised, or if it is performed differently from the contract, exchanges/returns can be requested within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date the fact was known or could have been known. (Return shipping cost is borne by the maker.)

3. In the following cases, exchanges/returns cannot be requested.

a. If the product is lost or damaged due to the supporter's responsibility (except for cases where the packaging was damaged to check the contents of the product).
b. If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the supporter.

c. If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.

d. If the packaging of a reproducible product has been damaged.

e. If the provision of services or digital content under Article 2, Paragraph 5 of the "Framework Act on the Promotion of Cultural Industries" has begun (however, in the case of contracts consisting of divisible services or divisible digital content, this does not apply to parts for which provision has not begun).

g. In other cases where return restrictions apply under relevant laws and regulations.
