The KICK75 model is the world's first dual-profile compatible mechanical keyboard introduced by NUPHY, designed so that you can experience both high profile and low profile on a single keyboard.

For supporters who prefer low keycap height and portability, we recommend the low profile. For those who mainly work in a fixed location with a standard keyboard form, we recommend the high profile. Of course, regardless of which type you choose, as long as you have the profile swap kit, you can freely switch between low and high profiles.

You can experience a simplified barebone customization feel with the KICK75, which is a fully customizable barebone mechanical keyboard, and it is designed to allow replacement with aluminum and POM plates.

FAQ

Q1. How can I change the profile of the KICK75?

For example, if you purchased the KICK75 in the low profile form as a finished product, you can additionally purchase the high profile swap kit to change it. Since you need to change the keyboard components (foam, top plate, etc.) to switch to high profile, you will also need to prepare switches and keycaps for the high profile. If you purchase the low profile finished product, the high profile swap kit, high profile keycaps, and high profile switches are not included.

Q2.Which devices can I connect and use it with?

The basic keyboard layout is the same as Windows/Mac, but you can switch modes with the toggle button to use it in either Windows or Mac OS environments. Therefore, it can be used with devices that support wired connections, such as MacBooks, various global laptop brands, and desktops. Of course, it can also be connected to tablets or smartphones via Bluetooth.

Q3.Which connection modes are supported?

KICK75 supports Bluetooth, 2.4g dongle, and wired modes. Therefore, users can freely enjoy keyboard typing by selecting the connection mode that suits their environment.

Q4.Do you provide a separate key mapping program?

Q5. What does 3D open source refer to??

The release of 3D open source provides users with basic design files so that you can design and customize various parts to be mounted on KICK75 using a 3D printer according to your preferences. The provided design files will continue to be released through the official store in the future.

Q6. A/SWhat is the policy?

For issues caused by product defects, we offer free repairs for 12 months. For more details, please refer to the A/S policy at the bottom of the FAQ.

Pre-order FAQ

Q1.Is there an additional shipping fee for Jeju Island or other remote areas?

KICK75offers free shipping regardless of region. Therefore, there is no additional shipping fee for Jeju Island or other remote areas. However, if you return an unopened or opened product due to a simple change of mind after delivery,the courier fee (round trip) and additional shipping fee for Jeju Island or other remote areas (round trip) will be charged separately.

Q2.How can I change the option/shipping address/credit card information after pre-ordering?

You can modify it on the 'Order Details' page until the pre-order deadline. After the pre-order deadline, if you need to change the shipping address due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us through 'Contact the Maker' on that page.

Q3.What is the exchange/refund policy?

1) Exchange: If you receive a reward with an initial defect, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. After identifying the product issue, if an exchange is necessary, we will proceed with a free exchange.

2) Refund: Refunds are processed in accordance with the "Wadiz Pre-order Refund Policy."Until reward shipping information is registered You can request a pre-order return on the Wadiz "Order History" page, and simple pre-order return requests are possible within 7 days of receiving the reward. (For simple returns, round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the supporter, and only unopened rewards are eligible for simple returns.)

Reward Special Notes and A/S Policy

1)Cases Not Considered Reward Defects

Due to the nature of the reward, the following items may occur and are not considered defects or faults. Please keep this in mind when pre-ordering.

- Accessories (cables, switches, keycaps, removers, pads, etc.) are considered separate components, not the main product.

- Issues with devices used together, not the main product itself, should be addressed to the respective device manufacturer.

- Minor scratches or damage to the package box or packaging may occur during reward packaging or shipping, and these are not considered reward defects.

- An adjustment period may be required for mechanical keyboards or mechanical switches. Inability to adjust is not considered a reward defect.

2)Reward A/S Policy

- Warranty period: 12 months from the date of reward receipt

- A/S Policy: For defects occurring during use (not initial defects after receipt), paid or free A/S will be applied depending on whether the user is at fault.

[Free Repair]

* If a defect occurs within the warranty period (however, if the defect is caused by the supporter's mishandling or unauthorized modification and repair, free service will not be provided even within the warranty period.)

[Paid Repair]

* If the product is dropped or damaged due to impact, resulting in breakage or malfunction.

* If malfunction occurs due to incorrect voltage usage.

* If malfunction occurs due to unauthorized repair or modification.

* If malfunction occurs due to the insertion of foreign substances other than the specified materials inside the product.

* If consumable parts that naturally wear out during use are replaced.

* If the issue is caused by external factors and not a defect in the product.

- Cases where A/S is not possible: Even within the warranty period, if repair and restoration are impossible due to the user's intentional or negligent actions.

- How to request A/S: Please submit your request with specific details of the defect through the contact information below, and we will assist you after confirmation.
