The reason Pure D Clean came to Wadiz

When I tell people around me that I made this kind of product, they often respond, "Does something like this exist?" From my own experience, I thought it was a whole new world, so I made it with the intention of letting many people know about it.

Precautions for Installation

  1. When flushing the toilet, the electrode should not be in contact with water, and when the tank is filled, the electrode should be completely submerged. If the electrode is in contact with water when flushing, it cannot detect the flush and may malfunction.
  2. After installation, flush the toilet at least once to check for normal operation.
  3. When generating sterilizing water, the blue light turns on, and when you flush, it changes to green. When the tank refills, it turns blue again and generates sterilizing water.
  4. Install so that there is no interference with the flushing mechanism inside the tank.
  5. The main unit (adapter type) cannot be used as a regular charger. It must be used only as an automatic sterilizing cleaner.
  6. Do not insert any product other than the pure D-clean electrode into the main unit. This may cause malfunction. We are not responsible for any issues arising from this.

A. Repairs are possible, but they are handled through a one-to-one exchange. However, please understand that malfunctions caused by customer negligence, as mentioned above, cannot be repaired or exchanged.

Q. White scale has formed on the electrode after long-term use. Is this a malfunction?

A. Scale reduction technology is applied, so it should not occur frequently even after long-term use, but it may still happen depending on the usage environment. In this case, soak the electrode in vinegar and clean it before use. If it occurs after more than a year of use, it is likely due to the electrode reaching the end of its lifespan. Please purchase and use a new electrode.
