Taking care of your health has, at some point, become a series of 'choices without clear answers.' From YouTube videos, blog reviews, to recommendations from acquaintances... there is an abundance of information,but most of the time, we are unsure of what truly suits our own bodies.

We wanted to reduce this confusion.
We believed that if 'truly personalized health management' based on scientific data were possible, people's health routines could become much simpler, more accurate, and sustainable.
So,we combined 'urine tests' that anyone can easily do at home with 'one-on-one expert consultations'
to create a personalized supplement recommendation service, called MyPantheo.

We will strengthen the connection between urine test results and the recommendation algorithm, and improve the overall service to be more stable and convenient so that users can experience more accurate and reliable health solutions.

Reward Shipping Information

Shipping Schedule and Important Notes

• "The MyPantio voucher will be sent via notification message to supporters' mobile phones after the reward ends, and will be automatically provided through the MyPantio app in order. Once the distribution is complete, we will notify you again via notification message."
• After your personalized supplements are confirmed, individual packaging will be prepared, which requires about one day. After that, the products will be packaged and shipped sequentially.
• For Jeju Island and other remote/island areas, an additional shipping fee of 3,000 KRW will be charged at the time of funding.

Exchange, Return, and Refund

• You can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
  However, MyPantio health supplements are personalized products, so exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind are not possible.
• Exchanges or returns are possible in the following cases:

1. If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped due to the company's responsibility

2. If the product is different from what was indicated or has a defect (within 3 months from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the date of recognition)

• When applying, you must attach the reason and related photos. If the company is responsible, all shipping costs for exchange/return will be covered by the company. If it is determined to be the customer's responsibility, round-trip shipping costs will be charged.
• All refunds are only possible before the voucher is registered in the MyPantio app.
