In return for your strong support, we plan to introduce even better, more convenient, and smarter rewards in the future through this project. The funds collected through pre-orders will be used for the development and import of new rewards with guaranteed quality, official distribution, and marketing, helping us grow into a maker that supporters can trust. Purchases in Jeju and Remote Island Areas
For Jeju and remote island areas, an additional shipping fee of 3,000 KRW for Jeju and 5,000 KRW for remote islands will be charged. (Supporters in these areas, please select [Additional Shipping Fee for Jeju or Remote Islands]. If the additional shipping fee reward is not selected, extra shipping charges may be added later through separate contact.)
Exchange and A/S Guide
- Warranty period: 6 months from the date of reward receipt. (Due to the nature of consumables, damage or deformation may occur depending on the usage environment; this is not considered a product defect.)
- Policy: A/S will be provided for product defects occurring during normal use.
- A/S Exclusion Policy: Even within the warranty period, A/S is not available if the product cannot be repaired or restored due to intentional or negligent actions by the user.
- How to Apply: After accurately explaining the defect through 'Contact the Maker' or the designated contact point, it will be processed accordingly.

Q. How can I connect it to a TV or monitor?
A. You can use it after confirming that a properly functioning HDMI cable is used and the input is selected.

Q. How is the adapter output compatible?
A. We recommend using a switch adapter or PD adapter with 39W or higher. Do not use voltage converters or plugs that reduce power.
Q. Is it compatible when using accessories?
A. Charging is possible even with a Joy-Con cover, but compatibility may vary depending on the accessory. We recommend checking accessory compatibility before use.
Q. When is payment available?
A. Payment is available every day at 5 PM for two days, including non-business days, after the reward pre-order ends.
Q. Is there a way to use the product for a long time?
A. Please avoid disassembling the product or causing damage from strong impacts. The product may generate heat during use, especially in high temperatures or direct sunlight. Always use it in a well-ventilated area, do not block the vents, and use it safely to extend its lifespan.
