Q. How do I clean the tumbler?
- Due to the characteristics of the Sttoke tumbler material, it is made of ceramic, not stainless steel,
so you do not need to follow any complicated cleaning methods for 'removing polishing agents.'
However, before first use, please clean thoroughly with a soft scrubber (sponge).
After rinsing with warm water, separate the lid and the body and dry them well!

Q. It seems like the ceramic coating is slightly peeling off.
- Due to the nature of ceramic material, scratches may occur, so please use with care.
We do not recommend using sharp tools such as steel scrubbers, metal spoons and chopsticks, stainless straws, or teaspoons.
The use of sharp tools is not recommended.
Therefore, when cleaning, please use a soft scrubber (sponge).
When drinking, please use a straw made of soft material, such as a silicone straw, if possible.

※ The phenomenon of ceramic coating peeling is similar to the peeling of frying pan coatings.

Q. Can I use a dishwasher?
- The Sttoke tumbler cannot be used in dishwashers, microwaves, or ovens.
Also, please note that boiling water cleaning is not possible.

Q. Can I store it in the refrigerator or freezer?
- The Sttoke tumbler cannot be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.

Q. There are scratches on the outside of the tumbler. Can I exchange it?
- If there is continuous severe friction on the outside of the Sttoke tumbler,

- The tumbler can store liquids up to 100°C.

- Yes, that's correct! The lids for the 12oz and 16oz sizes are identical.

Q. What is the maximum length the strap can be extended to in centimeters?
- The strap can be extended up to 96cm in length.

Q. Can the strap be used regardless of the tumbler size?
- It is compatible with all sizes, including 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz!

Q. Can the strap be washed?
- Using cleaning products on the strap may cause damage.
When not using the product, store it in a cool place away from sunlight,
and in a dry area to keep it in good condition.
If a drink spills on it, wipe the liquid with a dry cloth to minimize stains.
