Royco prioritizes after-sales service and has operated its own service center since its founding. Royco is the only high-end importer in Korea to run its own service center, and has earned high trust from music enthusiasts through 36 years of stable service operation.

Refund Policy

-Refunds due to a simple change of mind are possible within 7 days of receiving the reward. However, refunds for simple change of mind are not possible if the box has been opened.

-Free repairs for performance and functional issues that occur naturally under normal conditions within 2 years after receiving the reward are guaranteed through ROICO.

-According to the Electronic Commerce Act, if the product is defective or the descriptionㆍIf the product differs from the advertisement or is fulfilled differently from the contract, you may request an exchange or refund within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date you became aware or could have become aware of the issue.
