Warranty period: 1 month from the date of reward receipt.

- For 30 days after receiving the reward, the Wadiz refund policy takes precedence.

A/S Policy: If the reward is defective or faulty upon receipt, free A/S is available. (Round-trip shipping costs are covered by the maker.)

* If defects occur due to the supporter’s intentional or negligent actions after using the product, paid A/S will be provided if repair is possible (supporter is responsible for round-trip shipping costs). If repair is not possible, A/S cannot be provided even within the warranty period.
