Shipping Information
- The product is made after order confirmation, and the delivery will begin after the assigned delivery person contacts you via Happy Call 1-2 days before shipping to provide detailed schedule information.
- The shipping fee for this product is paid together with the product payment, and additional shipping fees for rural or remote areas will be charged on delivery.
- Due to the nature of furniture delivery, bundled shipping is not possible, so individual shipping fees apply for each item. Shipping fees are operated based on the information listed on the product page.
- On Wadiz, only one shipping fee is charged for the initial order. If you purchase more than one product of the same size, the shipping fee is charged only once. (Example: If you order two super single mattresses, only one shipping fee is charged.) Also, if you purchase two or more products of different sizes, the shipping fee is charged only once based on the product with the highest shipping cost. (Example: If you buy one super single and one king, only the king's shipping fee is charged.) ★However, according to policy, shipping fees are charged individually per item, so for additional shipping fee payments for two or more items, the Mattlee customer center will contact you later.
- Any additional road tolls incurred during delivery are the customer's responsibility. (Toll fees may apply for areas such as Yeongjongdo and Geoje Island.)
- Due to the nature of large cargo deliveries, shipping is carried out after prior consultation with the customer. Please make sure to answer calls from unknown numbers, as they may be from the delivery person.
Installation Information
- If delivery must be made through narrow stairs or the installation space is a duplex structure, delivery is generally not possible. However, installation may be possible through communication with the delivery person, and additional shipping costs may apply.
- If delivery is not possible due to the structure of the building, the product may be collected on site, and collection fees may apply.
- If the structure of the receiving location does not allow elevator use, or if the building is between the 2nd and 5th floors without an elevator, or if the building uses an elevator with a capacity of 9 people or less, product delivery may be difficult. (For Queen Q size, delivery is possible with elevators for 11 people or more; for King K size mattresses, elevators for 13 people or more are required.) If installation is possible, the delivery person will carry the product up the stairs, and in this case, additional labor costs may apply.
- Additional costs such as ladder trucks or lifting fees, which are used when delivery is difficult due to the building structure, are the customer's responsibility.
- Professional delivery is based on single-person delivery.
- The installation space for the product must be secured in advance, and removal or disposal of existing furniture is not available.
- If you want to use a service to move out existing furniture of similar size to the delivered product, you can discuss it with the delivery person, and additional costs may apply.

Refunds and Exchanges (AS)
■ Change of mind by supporter: Application possible within 7 days from the date of receiving the reward.
■ Defective or reward different from description/advertisement: Application possible within 3 months from the date of receiving the reward or within 30 days from the date the issue is recognized.
Free warranty period: Free repair for 1 year from the date of receiving the reward.

- Increases or decreases in softness or reduction in elasticity that do not affect the function of the product.
- In cases of minor structural defects or slight appearance flaws that do not affect product use (such as subtle differences in cover stitching or pattern shape, slight lifting of the foam edge due to the cover, loose threads, or minor stains).
- In cases of packaging damage that does not affect the product and may occur during delivery.
