| Motivation for Wadiz Project & Use of Funds

Let’s make things that never existed in the world possible through funding!

RJ Conceptstore wondered how to introduce IT accessories with unique concepts, which were not easily accessible before, to the domestic market. Through Wadiz, we learned about the needs of supporters for rewards that, though small, could change their daily lives. From the Ergomi Lapdesk to the Metastand, LHiDS, and MOFT Z projects, RJ Conceptstore has carried out various projects, receiving interest and support from backers, which allowed us to introduce even more diverse and innovative products.

We thought it was most appropriate to introduce new products first here on Wadiz, where there is a high demand for new items. The funds raised through this campaign will be used to bring products that never existed before into the world! Thank you :)

Q. When will the payment be processed?
A. Unlike social commerce or open markets, once the project is successful, the reward production proceeds after the payment period. If the project succeeds, payments are processed every day at 5 p.m. for up to two days after the end date. Payment may fail due to insufficient balance, credit limit exceeded, lost/suspended card, etc. If your payment fails, you can change your card on My Page until 4:30 p.m. on the final payment day.

Q. How can I change the option/shipping address/card information after funding?
A. You can edit these on the 'Funding Details' page until the funding closes. If you need to change your shipping address after the funding ends due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the maker through 'Contact the Maker' on the relevant page.

1. After logging in, click your profile picture or [My] at the top right.

2. Click the [Fund] menu.

3. Click [Funding Details], then select the project for which you want to change the payment method.

4. Click the [Change Payment Information] button, update your payment card information, and then click the [Save] button.

Q. How can I change my shipping address?
A. If you have participated in reward funding and want to change your address, you can edit your address on the Wadiz website only before the project ends. If you wish to change it after the project has ended, please contact the maker of the project to request a shipping address change.

Q. What is the exchange/refund/AS policy?
A. Until the reward shipping information is registered, you can cancel your funding on the 'Funding Purchase History' page, but cancellation is not possible after the shipping information is registered. Please carefully check the refund policy in the 'Refund Policy' tab at the top of the relevant page before funding. For overseas direct purchase products, domestic after-sales service may be difficult, but supporters participating in Wadiz funding can receive fast and accurate after-sales service by contacting the maker.
