An additional shipping fee of 5,000 KRW will be charged for Jeju Island and other remote areas.
Supporters in these areas must select the shipping fee together with the reward.

Q. The front and back look the same. How can I tell them apart?
A. There is a sticker on the pillow to indicate the front and back.
If the sticker comes off, the side with the finer, softer threads is the front, and the side with the thicker, firmer threads is the back. Please check by touch.
Q. How do I care for the pillow?
A. We basically recommend cleaning it once every three months, but if you are concerned about odor or stains, you may clean it more frequently.
Q. Is a pillow cover included with the reward?
A. The Brain Sleep pillow comes with a removable organic cotton outer cover as standard.
Q. How do I put the dedicated cover on the pillow?
A. Place the side with the zipper on the bottom, and the side with the mesh lining on the inside facing up.
Q. Is it okay to use a cover other than the dedicated one?
A. It can be used sufficiently even without a dedicated cover.
If you use a cover with the standard Korean pillow size of 50x70cm, it will fit perfectly and there will be no inconvenience in use.
Q. How should I store it when not in use?
A. Please avoid storing it in places exposed to direct sunlight or in hot and humid environments.
If you store it for a long time under pressure by placing heavy objects on top, it may cause problems with the product, so we recommend storing it separately if possible.
Q. Are there any precautions when washing the pillow cover?
A. Due to the nature of organic cotton, we recommend hand washing in lukewarm water at 30~40℃.
When using a washing machine, be sure to put it in a laundry net, and after washing, avoid direct sunlight and dry it in the shade if possible.
※ To prevent fabric damage, do not use a dryer, styler, or iron.
Q. Does the pillow cover size change depending on the pillow height?
A. Regardless of pillow height, both regular and low pillows use the same size cover.
For low pillows, the cover may feel a bit loose, so please keep this in mind.
