Shipping Information
All shipping is free, and product verification is done by sending photos before delivery, so please make sure to accurately provide your address, name, and phone number.
Once you receive the product verification message, you must reply to confirm in order for the delivery to proceed.
If you do not receive the message on the same day, please contact our customer center at 031-362-4245.
*Based on morning orders, delivery takes an average of 1-2 days except for island and mountainous regions.

Although it is an imported product, domestic after-sales service is free for one year (paid service available thereafter).
Exchange and Return Information
After receiving the product, you must meet the following criteria to request an exchange or return.
According to the Electronic Commerce Act, if the product's content differs from what was advertised or from the contract, you may request an exchange or refund within three months of receiving the product, or within 30 days of discovering or being able to discover the issue.
Other than cases specified in the Electronic Commerce Act
1. Severe damage or breakage (except in cases of intentional damage)
