Q. If the mesh or leather is damaged or stretched, is it possible to replace the parts?
A. The high-quality synthetic leather used for the headrest is made exclusively for CT 3.5, providing high durability and softness. If you wish to replace the leather due to damage depending on usage intensity or frequency, you can purchase headrest covers in various sizes at a low price on the official website.

For fabric covers, they can be washed separately, but machine washing and using a dryer may damage the fabric, so we recommend hand washing only the stained area and air drying.
The mesh, based on high-tril material, is resistant to contamination and has excellent resilience, resulting in minimal deformation. You can enjoy the unique elasticity and cushioning of the mesh for a long time. High-end mesh, by its nature, becomes softer and more comfortable to fit the user's body shape after a period of use, maximizing comfort through a loosening phenomenon (relaxation), similar to how new shoes adapt to your feet.
However, if you wish to replace the seat or backrest due to firm cushioning or loosening that occurs during use, you can purchase integrated 1:1 replacement parts with the frame at a low price on the official website. Self-repair is also fully possible.

Q.CT 3.5What kind of chair is it?
A. The Worktoy CT3.5 is an idea convergence model newly planned with over 10 years of accumulated chair development know-how, and is a representative high-end chair 100% made in Korea, completed after three upgrades.

Q. How durable is the CT3.5 mesh?
A. The mesh of the Worktoy CT3.5 is a premium mesh with excellent durability that can be used for more than 10 years. When new, it has very strong tension, and a natural loosening of about 3-5% occurs with use, providing comfortable seating that fits the user's body. Compared to ordinary chairs, the mesh has excellent resilience, and unlike fabric or leather chairs where the padding sinks over time, the elasticity is maintained even after long use.

Q. I weigh a lot. What is the load capacity?
A. The maximum load capacity is 115kg, and the safe load is 110kg.
Abnormal use not described in the user guide, such as lying down with the backrest reclined and accelerating into the chair, can cause product damage. Please refrain from such actions.

Q. There is play and noise in the backrest and armrest.
A.There may be back-and-forth play in the fixed backrest, play in the seat slide, and basic play in the height and pad of the armrest. These are not product defects but are normal play designed for easy and smooth operation. The operational noise and play from these parts are natural phenomena, so please use the product with confidence.

Q. The bolts have loosened and the chair wobbles after use.
A. Due to the nature of chair products, various parts are assembled with bolts, and each connection uses a structure to prevent bolts from loosening easily. However, depending on years and frequency of use, bolts may naturally loosen.
In this case, simply tighten the bolts clockwise using the hand tool (6mm hex wrench) included with your initial purchase.

Q. I think the chair is not level.
A. If the floor surface is not completely level, or if the desk you are using is bent, the left and right armrests may appear uneven. Please refer to these cases. Due to the nature of chair products using over 100 connecting parts, a left-right balance error of 10-15mm may occur. Due to the structural characteristics of the cylinder's outer shaft, slight left-right or horizontal errors in the seat may occur.

Q. How do I clean it?
A. With mesh chairs, dust tends to fall under the seat. Please remove dust regularly using a duster. While mesh cannot be fully washed, if it gets partially stained, gently wipe the affected area with a neutral detergent, then remove the detergent with a clean and soft cloth, and let it air dry completely before use. For leather materials, you can maintain them with commercially available sofa or leather cleaners for longer use.
