Exchange/Refund and After-Sales Policy
- Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of reward receipt
- A/S Policy: If there is a critical defect in the reward not previously announced after receipt, or if a product defect occurs during normal use, it will be replaced 1:1 with a new reward.

1) If reward delivery is delayed
If the maker does not ship the reward by the scheduled shipping start date, the supporter may apply for a refund of the funding amount.
The scheduled shipping start date may differ for each reward,My Funding - Funding History Please check the scheduled shipping start date for your funded reward.
2) If the reward is defective or in case of a simple change of mind
Supporters may request an exchange or refund due to a simple change of mind within 7 days from the date of reward delivery. (Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the supporter)
In the following cases,refund of funding amount cannot be requested.
- If the reward is lost or damaged due to the supporter's fault
- If the value of the reward has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the supporter
- If the value of the reward has significantly decreased over time, making it difficult to resell
- If the packaging of a reproducible reward is damaged
- If the reward is individually produced according to the supporter's order, and the limitations on returns or exchanges are explicitly notified and agreed upon by the supporter at the time of funding.
- If the return of the reward is restricted by other laws and regulations.
If a reward different from the description or advertisement is delivered, the supporter may request a refund within 90 days from the reward delivery completion date, or within 30 days from the date the fact was recognized or could have been recognized. (Return shipping cost is borne by the maker.)

The company may cancel the project in mutual agreement with the maker, and if the project is canceled after the funding ends, the funding amount will be refunded.
