CALOPIG is a brand that aims to create various practical and innovative products using safe silicone materials free from microplastics and harmful substances. As our first item, we have created a low-sugar rice cooker made of silicone. CALOPIG's low-sugar rice cooker was designed and engineered by us, and from raw materials to the finished product, everything is 100% domestically produced and trustworthy. We will always strive to provide only high-quality products that have undergone thorough quality testing.

We believed that the Wadiz platform, which collaborates with many special and innovative products, was a good fit for CALOPIG's products.

Also, since our CALOPIG low-sugar rice cooker uses premium silicone, the cost of raw materials is high, and due to meticulous quality inspections, daily production volume is limited, requiring significant initial investment of time and money. We chose Wadiz to secure funding through pre-orders and to widely promote our excellent product.

Reward Shipping Information

The CALOPIG low-sugar rice cooker will be shipped via CJ Logistics.
For shipping and product inquiries, please contact the CALOPIG customer center at 070-4327-6017.
For Jeju Island and remote island/mountainous areas, please select the additional shipping fee option when choosing your reward.

Refunds and Exchanges (A/S)

Refunds will be processed according to Wadiz policies. For product defects or exchange (A/S) inquiries, please use the methods below and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Warranty period: 1 month from the date of reward receipt
A/S policy: 1:1 exchange in case of initial product defect
Cases where A/S is not available:

Due to the nature of the silicone manufacturing process, fine black spots may occur, but these do not affect product use or function and therefore cannot be processed.
In cases of color differences due to monitor resolution, computer specifications, or shooting environment.
In cases of measurement errors in product size.
If the product or packaging is damaged, contaminated, or altered due to the user's intentional or negligent actions.
Refunds due to a simple change of mind after using the product.
