- Additional shipping fee for Jeju Island: 3,000 KRW
- Additional shipping fee for islands/mountainous areas outside Jeju: 5,000 KRW
- Payment method: Please enter the additional shipping fee as an extra contribution when selecting your reward.
- Packaging condition upon delivery: Individually packaged.
Reward Exchange / Refund Information
- Defective or reward different from description/advertisement: You can apply within 3 months from the date you received the reward or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the issue.
- Exchange and refund due to change of mind: You can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving the reward. (Round-trip shipping costs for exchanges and refunds due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.)
- This is only possible if the product is in its original, unopened condition, including all components received. It is not possible if opened or used.
- If you received a free gift, all components including the gift must be returned without any damage for a proper return.
