A/S and Exchange Information
A/S policy for issues occurring during use
If there is a defect in the product, an exchange is possible. However, issues such as packaging material or scratches are not grounds for a refund. Within 14 days of receiving the reward, Wadiz's refund policy for initial defects takes precedence.
*Warranty period: If a defect occurs during use within 14 days after receipt
*Regulation: If a defect occurs in the product during normal use
Cases where A/S and exchange are not possible
*If part or all of the reward is damaged, contaminated, or defaced due to the supporter’s fault
*If the product is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange request procedure through the maker
*If the product is opened and assembled and the reason is simply a change of mind
