OOPS
We at OOPS have observed and photographed stones and rocks in Korea, and captured the process of interpreting them with our own graphics on t-shirts.
We always coexist with stones and rocks.
In childhood, they were toys in the playground.
Sometimes, we would climb rocky mountains.
If processed artificially, they become the ground we walk on.
Among them, we directly observed and captured the beautiful stones of Korean suiseki and famous spots.
Even the stones we always pass by have their own character.
Hello, supporters! This is OOPS.
We are OOPS. The three of us wanted to make t-shirts, and we added our shared hobby in a cute and charming way.
We saw the gemstone t-shirts from S*si in the past, and although they were not flashy, we wanted to create graphics of uniquely Korean stones with their own stories, instead of gemstones.
The simple, line-based graphics were the best way to showcase the unique appearance and consistent patterns of stones and rocks, which mostly have low-saturation colors. We also made the details easy to see on the t-shirts.
The reason we came to Wadiz is
- Through crowdfunding, we wanted to experiment with t-shirts and our shared hobby of stones and rocks. We hope to experiment, iterate, and develop better products and results through funding.
