01. How should I store it?

• A1. As it is sensitive to temperature and humidity, we do not recommend installing it in areas with high humidity.

Q2. How do I install the artwork?

• A2. For easy installation, a wire or hook is attached to the back of the frame and shipped accordingly.

You can easily hang it after installing a nail where you want!

Q3. What if it gets damaged during delivery?

• A3. We take special care in packaging to ensure your valuable artwork is delivered without damage.
  We will pack and ship the artwork using custom boxes, foam sheets, and more to prevent any damage.

• If damage occurs during delivery, exchanges are possible,but we are not responsible for damage caused by the supporter’s negligence.
  If damage occurs during delivery, A/S is available within 7 days from the delivery date. Please check for any damage immediately after receiving the artwork.

Q4. Are there things I should check before purchasing?

• A4. You can cancel your funding on the 'Funding History' page until the reward shipping information is registered, but cancellations are not possible after the deadline. Please carefully review the refund policy in the 'Funding Guide' tab at the top of the page before funding. For pre-orders, simple change-of-mind refunds are possible as per the Electronic Commerce Act.
