and took a step further from the brand called Lacbon,
the expanded brand of Lacbon,"Volabo" has been newly launched.
Volabo just like the brand name (Lacbon Collabo),
Breaking away from the traditional method of introducing products after their launch,
now,the voice of the customer is heard to launch products,
a customer collaboration brand is what we aim to become.

Q. Which areas can I use it on?
A. Anywhere you want!
Especially when applying sunscreen, please make sure to apply it around the eyes, which is a square area that is often forgotten!
For areas where you have popped pimples, please dab it on frequently to prevent pigmentation!
Q. What does it smell like?
A. It does not have a particular scent, so anyone can use it without preference issues.
Q. Will it sting the eyes?
A. After multiple tests, it was completed gently without causing eye irritation.
Those who couldn't apply sunscreen around their eyes due to stinging will be very satisfied.
Q. What is the protection rate?
A. It has the highest UV protection index in Korea.

* Shipping fee: Free for orders over 50,000 KRW / 4,000 KRW for orders under 50,000 KRW

A/S Policy
* Damage caused by supporter negligence cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* For exchange requests, please contact us via Wadiz message inquiry or customer service center at 02-582-1183.
* All other matters follow the Wadiz operation policy.
Cases Not Considered Reward Defects
* Due to the nature of the reward, the following may occur and are not considered defects or faults. Please keep this in mind when funding.
* If the product has passed the 30-day exchange and refund period
Exchange
* Once the reward is opened after receipt, exchange is not possible.
* If the product is delivered damaged, it can be exchanged.
* In case of exchange due to product defects, all costs will be covered by the maker.
* If the exchange is due to the supporter’s negligence, you must pay the round-trip shipping fee (6,000 KRW). (If it was paid shipping, you only need to pay 3,000 KRW one way.)
Refund of Funding Amount
* For all refund/return requests, the refund policy for funding amounts takes priority within 30 days of receiving the reward.
* To request a refund, supporters must apply directly through 'My Menu > My Funding.'
* Funding refunds can be requested by selecting the [Fund] menu in the My Wadiz Supporter tab, then clicking on the project you wish to refund on the [Funding History] page.
* Detailed information can be found in the 'Refund/Policy' tab at the top of the project page.
* If you wish to exchange a reward, please contact the maker directly through the inquiry option.
* Once a refund request is submitted, it cannot be canceled, so please apply carefully. Card payment cancellations may take about 2-5 business days depending on the card company.
* If you used coupons/points when funding and only part of the reward is refunded, the full amount used will be refunded first.
