Hello. This is Luna & Luna, a contemporary designer brand proposed under the supervision of a global luxury brand director. I have always kept an eye on this channel, and I heard that it has a high proportion of early adopters aged 25 to 34. Believing that many people here would be interested in our brand, we decided to participate in Funding. We are introducing our brand through the Wadiz channel along with a pictorial that captures Luna & Luna's romantic minimal concept. Since this is our first Funding, we wanted to offer special benefits to our supporters. We are very excited to meet Wadiz early adopters faster than on any other channel.

- Shipping to Jeju Island and remote/mountainous areas: Please enter '3,000 KRW' in the 'Add Additional Support' section during Funding. Delivery may take one extra day depending on weather conditions.

Q. When will payment be processed?
A. Unlike social commerce or open markets, payment is processed after Funding is completed and the project is successful, followed by the Reward production period. If the project is successful, payments are executed every day at 5 PM for four business days starting from the day after the project ends (excluding weekends and holidays). Payment may fail due to insufficient balance, credit limit exceeded, or lost/suspended cards. If payment fails, you can change your card in My Page until 4:30 PM on the final payment day.
Q. I want to edit my shipping information.
A. You can edit your information on the 'Funding History' page until the Funding deadline. If you need to change your shipping address after the Funding deadline due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us through 'Contact the Maker' on the same page.

Funding Refunds and Exchanges (AS)
Warranty period: 3 months from the date of Reward receipt
A/S Policy: If the Reward is defective or faulty upon receipt, free A/S is available. (Round-trip courier fee covered by the maker)
* If defects occur due to the Supporter's intentional or negligent actions after using the product, A/S will be provided for a fee if repair is possible (Supporter is responsible for round-trip courier fees). If repair is not possible, A/S cannot be provided even within the warranty period.

* In cases not related to Reward defects
1) There may be a difference of about 1–2 cm in actual size depending on the measurement method.
2) Due to monitor characteristics and shooting conditions (weather, sunlight, etc.), there may be slight differences between the screen and the actual color.
3) Minor discrepancies may occur during the sewing and manufacturing process.
4) Fine scratches may occur.
