A. When not in use, we recommend storing the bag with stuffing inside to prevent it from losing its shape. Due to the nature of vegan leather, washing is not possible. In case of contamination, please wipe with a wet tissue.

• Warranty period: 1 year from the date of reward receipt.
• Even within the warranty period, repair costs may be charged for A/S due to user negligence.
