Exchange/Refund and After-sales Service Policy
- This A/S policy does not apply to initial defects occurring within 7 days of receiving the reward.
- Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of reward receipt
- A/S Policy: If there is a critical defect in the reward that was not previously announced after receipt, or if a product defect occurs during normal use, the reward will be replaced 1:1 with a new one.

Q. Can I use a dishwasher?
A. All parts except the lid are dishwasher safe. The lid contains electronic components, so if liquid enters, it may cause malfunction. Please avoid washing with water and instead wipe only the outer surface with a wet tissue or similar. This is recommended.
Q. Can I store liquids?
A. The Shellbrew Smart Canister is specialized for storing dry foods such as coffee beans and nuts. Since the lid is designed for vacuum sealing, storing liquids may cause malfunction, so we do not recommend storing liquids.
Q. Can I store coffee grounds?
A. You can also store coffee grounds and powdered foods. Coffee grounds tend to lose their flavor and aroma more quickly at room temperature, so storing them in this reward product will provide much better results.
Q. Is it okay to place it in direct sunlight?
A. Glass products do not block sunlight. Exposure may reduce the freshness of the coffee beans (contents), so please store in a cool, shaded place.
Q. What is the A/S period?
A. The A/S warranty period is one year from the time you receive the reward. For inquiries about the reward, please contact the maker through the inquiry option.
