A cups are designed so that the mold is about 7mm away from the front center! This is to gather smaller busts more precisely from the sides. The mold is designed about 3mm closer to the side center on each side, providing a natural volume.

The lower part of the bra is finished with a subtly metallic outer band, so even if it shows by chance, you can achieve a naturally stylish look.

We revised the panel work so that the bust gathers at the center when wearing the bra, rechecked if the upper edge is pressed, thoroughly checked the lower edge stitching, changed any fabric that didn't work with the stitching to a softer one, repeatedly tested to adjust the outer band position, and checked the mold shape for further improvements.

From inserting pads and molds, panel work, fabric checks, stitching checks, changing shoulder strap width, to adjusting the outer band position, the Herat bra was created through dozens of test processes and hundreds of choices for a single bra.

Herat is a custom-made underwear designed by removing excessively tight materials like wires and boning, and focusing on alternative materials and patterns. From materials to fabric, we used high-quality lingerie-specific components instead of low-cost materials available in the domestic market, greatly enhancing the quality.

Efforts to find the optimal elasticity!

Did you know? Each accessory has an optimal elasticity to best support the bust.

Elasticity refers to the density and degree of flexibility of the accessory!

For shoulder straps or bands that require a wide range of movement, a flexible elasticity of about 170–180% is appropriate. For wire loops, a firmness of about 110–120% is used to stably support the bust as a substitute for wires.

Everyone has probably experienced red marks on their skin from shoulder straps being pressed down.
While it may not be possible to completely eliminate strap marks, Herat has considered what kind of shoulder straps would be more comfortable to wear.

If the elasticity is too low, the straps press in and cause pain. If it is too high, the straps stretch out quickly and cannot properly support the bust.

Herat uses accessories with just the right elasticity (170–180%) for the shoulder straps, which is why we use the current straps.

The band is the most important part of a bra, as it holds the torso, maintains the shape of the bust, and prevents bulges, even after vigorous activity.
