Q. Is there a difference between 14K, 18K plated products?
- Products plated with 14K or 18K over silver or other metals are different from real 14K or 18K products.
- Plated products only have 14K or 18K on the surface, while the inner material is not gold. Real 14K or 18K gold productsare made entirely of gold inside and out.
- With the increase in gold plated products like Gold Plated and Gold Filled, many people mistake them for real gold, so please make sure to check the material!

Q. Any tips for choosing a gold color?
- Rather than the brightness difference between fair and dark skin,red undertone / yellow undertone we recommend choosing based on this.
- Skin with more red undertones > White gold/Pink gold
- Skin with more yellow undertones > Beige gold/Pink gold
- Skin with strong yellow undertones > Yellow gold
- Beige gold is very popular as it blends most subtly and naturally with skin tone.
- It will match even better if you coordinate with the color of your usual watch or other jewelry.
Q. Is there a color difference between 14K and 18K if they are the same gold color?
- There is no significant visible difference,but 18K contains more pure gold than 14K, so the color is deeper and more golden in appearance.

Q. Is it possible to resize the ring after wearing it?
- We offer free resizing even after you receive the product. If you would like to resize, please contact our Kakao channel@Gachion at your convenience :)
- Resizing is only available within0.5 to 1 size range. Excessively increasing or decreasing the size may weaken the durability and cause bubbles to form at the repaired area.
- Finger size may vary depending on your condition, temperature, time of day, and swelling. There can be up to a one-size difference, so if you want to resize,we recommend wearing the ring for at least three days to determine your average size before requesting a resize.

Q. Can allergies occur with 14K/18K gold?
- All rewards are made with certified gold, but depending on your constitution, condition, and environment, rare allergic reactions may occur even with 14K/18K gold. Please check carefully and make your reservation purchase accordingly.
- This is a made-to-order product that begins production after purchasing pure gold and alloy materials according to your selected material and gold color. Therefore, exchanges, refunds, or compensation due to allergic reactions are not possible. We ask for your understanding.
- If you have a pure gold allergy
Although extremely rare, some people may be allergic to pure gold itself. Since 14K/18K gold is an alloy containing pure gold, we do not recommend wearing it if you have a pure gold allergy. - If you have a nickel allergy
14K/18K gold is made from pure gold and alloys. Beige gold contains nickel, so if you have a nickel allergy, we recommend yellow gold or pink gold.
Q. Are there any precautions when wearing?
- "Gold" is a soft metal.(The reason people bite gold medals is to check if teeth marks remain, as gold is soft!) To strengthen this softness, 14K/18K materials are made by alloying with other metals, but since they contain 58.5%/75% pure gold, they can be deformed by strong impacts.
- Please be careful of strong impacts such as jewelry being pressed under heavy objects, dropped from a height, stepped on, or pulled forcefully!
- Continuous exposure to swimming pools with chemicals, high-humidity saunas, chemicals, or bleach can weaken durability. Shower water and body wash are fine, so feel free to wear it in daily life, but please store your jewelry separately in special environments!

- Size adjustments are possible only within 0.5 to 1 size. Excessively increasing or decreasing the size may weaken durability and cause bubbles to form at the adjustment area.
