You can cancel your funding on the 'Funding Details' page until the reward shipping information is registered, but cancellations are not possible after the deadline.

Refunds are subject to Wadiz's refund policy. For product defects, exchanges, or after-sales service inquiries, please contact the maker or the A/S center below, and we will handle your request promptly.


Cases not recognized as reward defects outside of the funding policy

โ€ข A/S not available: Even within the warranty period, if the product cannot be repaired or restored due to intentional or negligent actions by the user

โ€ข In case of product defects occurring during normal use according to regulations: 1:1 exchange


A/S policy for defects occurring during use

If the product is defective, it can be exchanged. However, issues such as scratches on the packaging are not grounds for a refund.

As the Electronic Commerce Act applies, the Wadiz exchange/refund policy is as follows.

โ€ข Change of mind by supporter: Application possible within 30 days from the date of receiving the reward

โ€ข Defective or reward different from description/advertisement: Within 30 days from the date of receiving the rewardย ย  Application possible within 30 days

โ€ข Regulation: If a product is found to be defective during normal use, it will be replaced 1:1.
