Pistachio paste
Time required to make 1kg



Glasody does not use commercially available pistachio spreads.
We also do not use pre-shelled pistachios.
They are much drier during import, so their flavor is weaker than pistachios with shells.

In the summer of 2015, we started in a small workshop in Seochon.
Chocolate that we are not ashamed of, both to those who choose our chocolate and to ourselves,
