Frame material: TR90
The front frame part uses TR90 material,It has excellent resilience and is resistant to breakage.
It is highly heat-resistant, minimally deforms, and is lightweight, providing outstanding comfort.

Temple material: BETA - TITANIUM
Ultra-lightweight, highly elastic, highly resilient.
By using beta titanium "B - TITANIUM," we have achieved the highest quality.
Titanium has less elasticity and strength than beta titanium, so it cannot be made thin and simple.
Compared to commonly used low-cost titanium materials,Beta titanium has superior elasticity and strength.
Manufactured thinner and lighter than regular titanium, providing customers with the best fit.

UV protection
Equipped with UV protection as standard instead of demo lenses, allowing you to wear them without the hassle of changing lenses.
UV protection provided as standard.

By using TR90 material,Elasticity is very good.
With flexibility and elasticity, it offers excellent comfort and is resistant to deformation and deterioration from sweat.

Perfect storage with a round case.
The inside of the portable case contains a pad that absorbs shocks.

Raw materials.
We use TR90 material.
TR90 is a material with excellent durability and high elasticity, making it difficult to break.Material..
The lightweight TR material is highly resistant to UV rays, so it does not discolor and maintains its original color permanently. With outstanding durability, it is a very sturdy material that hardly wears out. This allows for long-term use without deformation.
Heyta does not mix other substances or use recycled materials to lower manufacturing costs.
Process.
Among the manufacturing steps of eyeglass frames, the process is considered the most difficult part.
TR90 material gains its light weight and high elasticity through polishing and processing.
How meticulously and perfectly this process is completed is a very important step.
Heyta conducts thorough inspections during manufacturing, and only products that pass move on to the next step.

Completion: Handcrafted.
Even when assembling the finished product, Heyta does not use electric drivers but screws by hand. Using an electric driver can crush the threads due to the strong rotational force, which is a characteristic of acetate, and this can cause looseness.
After the above process is completed, we conduct a secondary inspection for coating defects on the frame, temples, and lenses of the finished product, and adjust the left/right temple tension and balance.
Heyta focuses on controlling and inspecting every step of the component manufacturing process to ensure quality production.
