Lumicrion is a personal color and makeup specialized LED light with a color rendering index (CRI) of 95, close to natural light. It provides up to 30W of brightness, allowing you to apply makeup brightly even in a dark room, and is configured as a set of two to enable makeup without shadows. Previously, this high-end lighting was used only by professionals such as personal color consultants or makeup artists, but now we have developed it so that general consumers can use it at an affordable price.

Free warranty period: Within one year from the date of purchase, if a product defect occurs, we provide free 1:1 exchange or after-sales service.

If a defect occurs after this period and the product is confirmed to be faulty, free after-sales service will be provided. (Round-trip shipping costs will be covered by the manufacturer.)
However, if damage is caused by the user's negligence or intentional actions, repairs will be charged, and in this case, the round-trip shipping fee will be the responsibility of the supporter.
If the product is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, A/S will not be available even within the warranty period.

In the following cases, free A/S is difficult as the product is not considered defective.

If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer (excluding packaging damage for the purpose of checking the product)
If the value of the product has decreased due to the customer's use (e.g., damage caused by dropping or impact during use, etc. due to the supporter's negligence)
If the value of the product has been lost to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time (e.g., loss of components, stains, or contamination due to user carelessness, etc.)
If the product is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange/refund/A/S procedures through the manufacturer
