NOTE

*Sizes may vary by 1–3cm depending on the measurement method. *Due to the nature of nylon material, there may be wrinkles or creases upon receipt, but these will naturally smooth out with use and are not grounds for exchange or refund.
*Due to the nature of the material, leather used for leather labels may have natural wrinkles, stains, tendons, and scratches depending on the cutting area, and the condition may vary for each item. This is a characteristic of the material and is not a valid reason for exchange or return.
*The water-resistant material protects against light rain or water droplets, but please avoid exposure to heavy rain or prolonged contact with water.


CARE

*If the product becomes stained, remove the stain as quickly as possible.
*Wipe the stained area with a towel dampened with water by dabbing, then remove moisture with a dry towel and lay it flat in the shade to dry for at least 24 hours.
*Alternatively, dissolve a small amount of neutral detergent in lukewarm water below 30°C or cold water, clean the stained area with a soft brush or sponge, remove moisture with a dry towel, and lay it flat in a well-ventilated shaded area to dry for at least 24 hours.
*When partially washing, rubbing or scrubbing the stained area may cause surface damage or worsen stains.
*Using a washing machine, dryer, dry cleaning, chlorine/oxygen-based detergents or bleach, or an iron may cause deformation, shrinkage, color transfer, discoloration, or fading of the product.
*We are not responsible for any product damage caused by improper washing or care.


Exchange . Refund . A/S Guide

After the pre-order ends, refunds are available for defective products in accordance with the Wadiz pre-order return policy. We are responsible only for products sold through official TRVR sales channels.
1) How to request an exchange/refund*Within 7 days of receiving the reward, you can request an exchange/refund via Wadiz [My Page > Order History] or through the customer center.*If you send the product without a request, it may be returned unprocessed.*After approval, the courier (Logen Courier) will collect the product within 3 business days.
2) Exchange/refund cost information*For exchanges due to a simple change of mind: The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW, and payment instructions will be provided in the approval email.
*For exchanges due to product defects or incorrect delivery: Shipping costs are covered by us.
*You can cancel your payment on the 'Payment Details' page immediately after the project payment and before the reward is shipped.

Once the reward has been shipped,cancellation is not possible.


3) Reasons for exchange and refund*Initial defects or simple change of mind within 7 days of receiving the reward are eligible for refund.
*According to the Electronic Commerce Act, if the product content differs from what was indicated or advertised, or if it is performed differently from the contract, you can apply within 3 months of receiving the product or within 30 days of discovering the issue.
4) Reasons for ineligibility for exchange and refund*Loss or damage of the product due to customer negligence (excluding damage to packaging for the purpose of checking the contents)
*If the product value is lost due to package opening or damage (including electronics, food, music, etc.)
*If the product value is significantly reduced due to use or partial consumption
*If the product value has decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
*If the packaging of a reproducible product is damaged
