Q1. Is there an additional shipping fee for Jeju Island/remote island areas?
For the BOBA Active Stool pre-order, there is an additional shipping fee of 5,000 KRW for Jeju Island and remote island areas.
(*After the reward is delivered, returns due to a simple change of mind will incur round-trip shipping costs and additional shipping fees for Jeju Island/remote areas (round-trip). Please keep this in mind.)
Q2. Will the delivery be processed immediately?
Even if the payment is completed, the pre-ordered reward will not be shipped immediately. The shipping start date is specified for each reward, and shipping will proceed on the date promised by the maker.
