Exchange/Refund Policy
- Minor scratches may occur during the harvesting, packaging, and delivery process of the reward, and these do not constitute a defect in the reward.
- Strawberries are delicate and can be marked even with slight contact. Minor softness or marks may not be considered defects.
- Due to the nature of fresh produce, issues related to personal taste, the size of the reward (except in cases where it is significantly smaller than described), or matters that were previously announced do not constitute defects in the reward.
- If the condition of the fruit is not good due to impact during delivery after receipt, please take a photo immediately and contact the maker within 24 hours through 'Contact Maker.' We will respond in the order inquiries are received. (Please provide a photo of the entire product, a photo of the problematic area, and the invoice if necessary.)
- If you inquire after 24 hours, exchange or refund may be difficult, so please check immediately upon receipt and contact us with photos!
- Supporters may request a refund by canceling the payment before the maker registers the reward shipping information after the final payment date, and may apply for a refund within 7 days from the reward delivery completion date (or within a reasonable period determined by the type of sale and delivery method if the delivery completion date cannot be confirmed).
