We will use it as follows.
We will use it to further develop the skills of world-class Korean sewing artisans in better working environments and to provide them with favorable conditions.

- Reward shipping start date: Shipping will begin 20 days after the end of the main funding (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

Exchange and A/S policy
You can cancel your funding on the 'Funding Details' page until the project ends, but cancellations are not possible after the deadline. Matters regarding the return of funds follow Wadiz's funding return policy. For product defects, exchanges, and A/S inquiries, please contact the maker or the A/S center below, and we will handle it promptly.
Issues occurring during use
A/S policy for defects
If there is a defect in the product, it can be exchanged. However, issues such as scratches on the product packaging are not grounds for a refund of the funding amount. Within 14 days from the date of reward receipt, the Wadiz funding refund policy takes precedence for initial defects.
- Warranty period: If a defect occurs during use within 14 days after receipt
- Policy: 1:1 replacement if a defect occurs during normal use
Cases where A/S is not available
- If part or all of the reward is damaged, contaminated, or defaced due to the supporter’s fault
- Simple change of mind by the supporter
- If the item is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange request procedure through the maker
