Q. How do I choose the size?
A. The Nocturne Bold Ring is available in sizes 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, and 23.
We recommend your usual size, but due to the thick and bold nature of the ring, it may feel tight on your finger.
If your usual size is in between, you may choose one size up.
(As the quantity for each size is limited, we recommend making your selection quickly.)
Q. Is it possible to exchange the size?
A. This reward is alimited quantity product so we kindly ask for your understanding that size exchanges are difficult.
Please make your selection carefully and refer to the size guide.
However, if there is a defect in the product, we will help you exchange it for the same item. (If out of stock, a refund will be issued.)
Q. Can I request engraving on the inside of the ring?
A. The rewards for this projectare all engraved with the same signature logo and will be produced as such,
and no separate custom engraving will be provided.
Q. When will the shipping start?
A. Shipping will begin approximatelywithin 3 weeks after the end of funding.
We are putting great care into production and inspection, so the schedule may change slightly,
and in case of delays, we will promptly notify you through announcements.
Q. How can I receive after-sales service (A/S)?
A. If a product defect is found within 7 days of receipt, free A/S or exchange is available,
after which paid A/S (round-trip shipping fee + repair cost) will apply.
