Reason for Project Progress
Blingboobs began product development in 2015 and has been distributing the first-generation breast massager online since 2018. Many people have shown interest in the product, and we believe this is a time when people are learning about the necessity of breast massagers.
Many people still lack knowledge about breast massagers, so we decided to launch this project to introduce good products to more people.

Q. Inquiries about troubles/side effects
A. If you experience troubles or side effects while using Blingboobs products, you can return the product according to the Blingboobs return policy by submitting a medical certificate (diagnosis: side effects from negative pressure use, side effects after using Blingboobs breast massager).
Q. What is the product warranty period?
A. The product comes with a 12-month free warranty from the date of receipt. When you request after-sales service, we verify your name. If your name does not match the funding channel, it will be considered a non-official funding product and the service will be charged. We ask for your understanding.
*In cases of silicone tearing, dome damage, or controller damage due to supporter negligence, after-sales service will be charged.
Q. What should I use to clean the product after use?
A. For hygienic management, please wipe the inside surface of the Blingboobs product with a wet tissue or dry towel after use.
Q. Are there any side effects?
A. Our product is a beauty device that has received various safety certifications. It can be used without side effects.
Q. Is there a BlingBoobs mode suitable for my breast condition?
A. Sagging breasts after dieting, sagging breasts after breastfeeding,You can select and use various modes according to your breast condition and physical state, such as breasts that have lost elasticity due to childbirth or aging.
Q. The device turned off automatically after about an hour of use.
A. If the low-frequency function is used for too long, the system is set to stop operation after one hour to prevent any possible issues depending on your constitution. Do not worry; if you wish to continue using it, simply turn the power back on and adjust the settings again.
(If you have used the low-frequency function for an hour, we recommend taking a break for at least 20 minutes before using it again. The negative pressure function can be used continuously.)
Q. The device is loud during operation. Is it broken?
A. The noise during operation is caused by the negative pressure motor inside the controller drawing air from the cup. The motor runs and makes noise to reach the set negative pressure level at the start, but once the set pressure is reached, the noise stops. Occasionally, when the pressure drops, the motor operates to adjust the pressure, causing noise, but for most of the time during use, it remains quiet. (The noise during operation is about 60db.)
Q. The edges of my breasts turned red after using the product.
A. This may occur if you do not use gel or use too strong a negative pressure from the beginning, depending on your skin sensitivity. Do not use strong negative pressure from the start; begin at level 3 only when wearing, and allow your skin to adapt by using level 1 for 20β30 minutes a day, gradually increasing the level. (For the first 1β2 weeks, we recommend using level 1 for 20β30 minutes at a time.)
Q. The product does not fit well.
A. Sometimes, those with a very small chest circumference or very little body fat may have difficulty wearing the product. In this case, do not apply gel to the product's edge; instead, lightly apply it only to the inner black conductive pad, lie down comfortably, and adjust the product's position to find the right fit. Once it fits once, it will be easier to wear next time.
(If your chest circumference is very small or you have very little body fat, please be sure to consult via Wadiz message before funding.)
Q. I can only feel the low-frequency massage on one breast.
A. Of the two conductive pads, one is positive and the other is negative. If either does not touch the skin, the low-frequency function will not work.
If you only feel the low-frequency on one breast, please check that both breasts are touching the conductive pad area, and apply more gel to the side where the sensation is weaker.
Q. The noise does not stop and continues while wearing the product.
A. During use, movement or air entering the dome can gradually lower the pressure. When the pressure drops, the negative pressure sensor detects this and activates the motor to adjust the pressure, causing the noise to start again.
If the sound does not stop and continues, please do not apply gel to the product's edge, but only to the inner conductive pad (low-frequency pad) area, and press the product so that it adheres well to your chest.
If the sound still continues, press the product firmly on a flat surface and set the negative pressure to level 1. If the sound stops after the motor operates, there is no issue with the device. If the sound does not stop even after placing it on the floor, please contact customer service.
Reward Special Notes and A/S Policy
Due to the nature of the reward, the following situations may occur, and these are not considered defects or faults. Please keep this in mind when funding.
- If a problem occurs due to not being familiar with the instructions for use
- If a problem occurs due to arbitrarily disassembling the reward
- If the reward is damaged due to intentional or negligent actions by the user, such as dropping it
* Minor scratches may occur during the production, packaging, or delivery process, and these are not considered defects.
- Requests for a refund of the funding amount due to a simple change of mind for unopened products or initial product defects can be made within 30 days of receipt.
- For product defects that occur after 30 days from receipt of the reward, which is after the refund request period, A/S will be provided. For A/S not related to initial defects, round-trip shipping and repair costs may apply.
- The free A/S period for product defects is one year from the date of reward receipt. (However, even during the free A/S period, defects caused by supporter negligence will be charged.)
