Reason for Pre-order

The chair where we spend most of our day is closely related not only to our healthy life but also to our work and study efficiency. Due to poor posture and prolonged chair use, the number of people experiencing lumbar discomfort is rapidly increasing. However, most of the low-priced chairs currently on the market, which are made in China, do not provide satisfaction in terms of materials, functions, or design, while premium chairs are priced in the millions of won, making them economically burdensome to purchase.

Precautions Upon Receipt of Product

1. Please secure the installation space for the product in advance.

2. We do not provide a service to transport your old product to a disposal site.

3. If installation is required in a building without an elevator above the third floor, additional lifting fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the supporter.

Matters regarding project refunds follow Wadiz's refund policy. For product defects, exchanges, and A/S inquiries, please contact the maker or the A/S center below, and we will handle it promptly.

In Use Ongoing Occurred Defect Regarding A/S Policy 

If there is an issue with the product, it can be exchanged. However, problems such as product packaging or scratches are not grounds for a refund.

Within 14 days from the date of reward receipt, Wadiz's refund policy takes precedence for initial defects.
