EGI Drip Tray

The drip tray is coated with EGI (Electro-Galvanized Iron). EGI coating is a process where a thin layer of electroplating is applied to the surface for added protection.

So you don't have to worry about water stains.

When electro-galvanizing is applied, the zinc oxidizes before the iron, preventing rust. Additionally, the coating makes the surface smoother, so water stains are less likely to stick, keeping it clean.

T-shaped Finishing Method

The entire product is finished with a T-shaped method. If you look closely, it is clearly different from ordinary stainless steel products. The T-shaped method provides a smooth finish without protruding parts, adding a touch of luxury and enhancing the overall quality.

While ordinary stainless steel is machine-welded, the Thor dish rack is surprisingly welded one by one using argon welding.

Argon welding is done manually, one by one.

The special argon welding method uses argon gas to prevent the metal from contacting air, resulting in a clean weld line. Since each weld is done carefully by hand, the design is much cleaner.

So, there are no sharp or protruding parts. All wire connections are smoothed by hand,It is smooth without any sharp edges. With premium finishing, it can be used safely.

If you place or hit pots, pans, or similar items forcefully, the coating may peel off. Please avoid dropping heavy objects from above.

2. Beware of high temperatures and sudden temperature changes

If hot water or heated cookware comes into direct contact, the painted surface may become discolored or damaged.

3. Caution when using detergents

Acidic or alkaline detergents, bleach, baking soda, sodium percarbonate, and citric acid can damage the coating, so please avoid using them. We recommend using neutral detergent and a soft sponge.

4. Recommended to air dry and maintain ventilation

The water tray of this product is designed with a sloped structure, allowing standing water to drain naturally.

Although it is designed to prevent water from pooling, water droplets or moisture may remain on the surface depending on the usage environment.

In particular, continuous exposure to humid environments or salty conditions (such as coastal areas or after washing fish) may accelerate surface corrosion.

For hygienic and safe use, place it in a well-ventilated area and allow it to air dry.

5. Caution: Scratches and Friction

Steel scrubbers, rough sponges, and sharp tools can damage the coated surface, so please avoid using them.

6. How to Handle Staining

Marks on the surface can be removed by gently rubbing with a soft sponge or a magic block.
