I have taught English for 14 years and met countless children.
Among them, the children I met most often were, those who really disliked, struggled with, and were bored by English, children.
Since I learned English naturally and enjoyably from a young age, I wanted to teach English to children in the same way,
so I designed English classesby integrating games, art activities, and music, into the lessons.
As I conducted gamified lessons, I was able to help children first"English is fun!" to develop this perception,
and I provided emergency support for children who had come to dislike English, as if giving first aid.

I gamified all of my English classes.
And in this one package, I included all theEnglish game materials and the know-how for English game lessons that children enjoy,as well as the know-how for English game classes, that I have used over 14 years of teaching English.
We know that there are still so many young children who find English difficult and feel stressed by English academies and homework.
With the hope that all children can learn English joyfully and happily, we created Dasoni Paper.

"Dasoni Paper"

Dasoni is a pure Korean word meaning "precious being."
Making English fun.
That was the only goal of our lessons.
It's okay if children who like English are not immediately very good at it.
For children who find English fun and enjoyable, even without teachers and classes, they learn on their own because of it.
Being good at English means, expanding myself to the entire world where English is used, that's what it is.
In other words, if English classes become fun, children not only enjoy learning but can truly appreciate all the culture and art that English can offer.
When English becomes enjoyable, it's not because it's necessary, but because learning English makes them happy, they seek out English.
And, joyful memories of learning Englishgive them the strength to push through difficulties willingly. Will be given.

As I leave behind my beloved English education for a new dream, I have organized all the English class materials I used over the past 14 years by difficulty and learning objectives,
For those who are not familiar with English education or lack confidence in English conversation, caregivers as well,So that you can learn together and easily teach English, I have added detailed explanations and a guidebook.

Now, let me introduce myself, the creator of these materials.. :)

(From my truly happy trip to Europe this spring..)
I really love children, which is why I started teaching English.
So naturally, I could never allow my students to feel bored or stressed in my English classes.
I had no choice but to create fun English lessons that make children laugh out loud. :)

Back in my days studying in the U.S... haha
Because I love children's laughter, I volunteered at kindergartens in the U.S., teaching American kids about Korea.
I have carried that same heart into my teaching, and with that same heart, I have prepared these materials with great care!
I hope all children will be happy.
An 8-year-old whose voice has grown quiet from the stress of countless academies,
A 16-year-old who has come to hate English because of poor teaching,
A 13-year-old who comes to my class tired and sleepless from piles of homework.
Even after crying for a long time after fighting with friends, young children don't cry because studying is hard. Even when their bodies and hearts are tired, they know that their tears might disappoint the adults they trust and love.
Meeting such children truly broke my heart..
I learned English slowly and enjoyably, without any stress, and I remember accepting English as a language without ever feeling like I was 'studying hard.'
I know very well that this is not difficult for these children, too.

- While creating play-based educational materials that children and educators can enjoy together, I found a goal more important than simply selling them.
That is,To share this story first with those who need it,,Β I wanted to develop it in a better direction through users' real reactions and feedback. That was my intention.
So, on Wadiz, which can be a 'starting point for empathy,' we are unveiling this project for the first time.
I hope this product is not just a simple teaching aid, buta key that opens the door to joyful communication and learning in many homes and classrooms, hoping it will become that. :)
