Return Policy and Exchange
A/S Policy
• Damage caused by supporter negligence or opening the box cannot be exchanged/returned/refunded.• Exchange and refund period (7 days for change of mind / 30 days for defects) If the product exceeds this period, exchange is not possible.• For exchange requests, please contact Wadiz message or C/S Center 070.7178.8899.• All other matters follow Wadiz operating policies.
Exchange• After receiving the reward, exchange is not possible if the box is opened.• After receipt (7 days for change of mind / 30 days for defects) Initial defects or change of mind occurring within this period are eligible for refund.• If exchanging due to product defect, all costs will be covered by the maker.• If exchanging due to change of mind, you must pay round-trip shipping (6,000 KRW).
If it is not a reward defect
• Due to the nature of the reward, minor scratches may occur and these are not considered defects/faults.• The delivery box may be crumpled during shipping, which is not considered a defect/fault of the reward.
Return or Refund Guide
• All refund/return requests within 7 days of receiving the reward will prioritize the refund policy.• Supporters must apply for a return directly in 'My Menu > My Funding.'• Refunds can be requested by selecting the [Funding] menu in the My Wadiz Supporter tab and clicking the project you wish to request a refund for on the [Pre-order History] page.• For more details, check the 'Return/Policy' tab at the top of the project page.• If you want to exchange a reward, please contact the maker directly through the inquiry option.• Once a return request is submitted, it cannot be canceled, so please apply carefully. Card payment cancellations may take about 2-5 business days depending on the card company.
Shipping Method
