# Additional Shipping Fee for Jeju Island & Remote Areas

An additional shipping fee of 3,000 KRW will be charged for Jeju Island and remote areas. For pre-orders, please enter 3,000 KRW in 'Add Extra Support' after selecting your reward. If not entered, we may need to contact you individually, which could cause inconvenience. Please make sure to add the extra support. :)

Q1. When will the delivery take place?

Shipping will be done sequentially. We will share updates through announcements.

Q2. How should I choose the shoe size?

Please select the same size as your usual trekking or sports shoes. The reward is made to fit the average Korean size and is designed to fit when wearing thick socks. Please note that the fit may vary for each supporter.

Q3. Can I exchange if the size does not fit?

Yes, exchanges are possible. After the reward is shipped, we will provide exchange instructions through announcements. (Exchange fee: 6,000 KRW)

Q4. What is the difference between regular online stores and Wadiz pre-order?

#TravelerD+ reward isprepared with a special price benefit available only on Wadiz, and is specially configured in limited quantities.

Q5. Can I exchange, refund, or get after-sales service after the pre-order ends?

Yes, it is possible. Since the pre-order project is subject to the Electronic Commerce Act,
-Change of mind by the supporter, not a product defect: You can apply within 7 days from the date you receive the reward.
-Defective product or reward different from the description or advertisement: You can apply within 3 months from the date you receive the reward or within 30 days from the date you become aware of the issue.
