Packaging Information

Dancheong Disney Edition is shipped with shrink wrap to prevent contamination. The inside of the package is divided into sections with a tray. Components are individually packed in zip bags by type, and the cards inside the package are protected with plastic wrapping.

Playing cards are shipped with shrink wrap to prevent contamination. You can easily open it using the perforated line on the side. The cards inside the box are protected with plastic wrapping.

A/S Policy

• Depending on your monitor environment, there may be differences between the product on the screen and the actual product. This is not a valid reason for exchange or refund.
• During the process of stamping the hologram on the outside of the package, marks may appear on the inside of the package. This is not a valid reason for exchange or refund.
• Due to the manufacturing process, slight misalignment or scratches in printing may occur. This is not a valid reason for exchange or refund.
• Due to the nature of the card air cushion surface, the printing may be uneven. This is not considered a defect, but in very rare cases where the issue is severe, an exchange may be possible.
• When producing the front and back of the card in black, unavoidable edge scratches may occur during the cutting process. This is not a valid reason for exchange or refund.
• Due to the nature of black cards, dust and specks may be more noticeable. This is not a valid reason for exchange or refund.
• Damage or defects caused by the user's intentional or negligent actions are not eligible for exchange or refund.
• If the products secured for A/S are out of stock, A/S may not be available.
• A/S requests can be made within 2 weeks after receiving the product. For A/S requests made after this period, shipping fees will be charged.
