There are two massagers inside one pod (POD).

A strong magnet is used between the pad and the host to allow easy attachment.

The massage pad that touches the skin is a consumable item. If the adhesive strength decreases, wiping it with a wet tissue will restore its stickiness for further use, but it is recommended to replace it after about 30 uses.
If the patch is old and loses its stickiness, the massage effect will decrease and you may feel slight discomfort.


















Q. What is included in one set of the TENS massager?
A. It consists of one charging pod, two massage hosts, two pads, one charging cable, and a user manual.
Q. What is the warranty period for free A/S?
A. If a malfunction occurs due to the product itself, free A/S is available within 12 months from the date of purchase. (However, pads are consumables and are not covered by free A/S.) Products purchased through unofficial channels such as direct import or proxy purchase are not eligible for A/S.
Q. How do I charge the device?
A. Like the charging case for wireless earphones (other than AirPods), you can charge the hosts by placing them in the charging pod, allowing you to use fully charged hosts anytime, anywhere. The charging pod can be charged by connecting a USB-C cable to a charger.
Q. Do I also need to charge the charging pod?
A. Yes, please check the remaining battery of the charging pod and recharge it before it is fully discharged. You can easily charge it at home, in your car, or outside using a USB-C port.
Q. Are the pads consumables?
A. As with all low-frequency massagers, the pads are consumables. We recommend replacing them after about 30 uses. If the stickiness decreases, wiping them with a wet tissue will restore their adhesiveness for further use.
Q. What happens if I keep using the pads without replacing them?
A. If you use the pads for a long time, their adhesive strength (stickiness) will disappear. In this case, the massage effect will decrease and you may feel a tingling sensation. If wiping with a wet tissue does not restore the stickiness, be sure to replace the pads.
Q. How many times can I use it in a day?
A. You can use it several times a day, but it is recommended to use it 1-2 times per area. Avoid continuous use on the same area as it may strain your muscles.
Q. Can I use it on any part of my body?
A. Please use it on muscle areas such as the arms, legs, shoulders, waist, back, and sides, and refrain from using it on sensitive areas such as the front of the neck, abdomen, chest, face, and head.
