The reason for launching first on Wadiz instead of our own site is,
since 2021, for four years, we have launched upgraded versions on Wadiz first,
and have always received great responses.
We wanted to showcase our value-driven products to many Wadiz supporters first,
which is why we decided to proceed this way.

Cases not recognized as reward defects outside of the funding policy
- Damage to appearance caused by the patch coming off during use is not considered a defect and will be handled as paid A/S.
A/S policy for defects occurring during use (Warranty period: 14 days for funding, 7 days for pre-order)
If there is a defect in the product, an exchange is possible.
However, issues such as product packaging or scratches are not grounds for a refund.
