Apple mango trees can bear fruit even in their first year,
At our farm, we let the apple mango trees grow for at least five years before allowing them to bear fruit.

This is because apple mangoes that grow on trees in their first to third years are small and lack flavor,

but from the fourth to fifth year, the fruit develops the rich taste, aroma, and proper size unique to apple mangoes.

Although they are harvested as ripe as possible on the tree,apple mangoes are climacteric fruits.

You can enjoy them right after receiving them,

After receiving them, you should let them ripen at room temperature above 20°C.

To maintain dryness, wrap them well in kitchen towels or newspaper, let them ripen for one to two days, and if they yield gently to the touch, they are well-ripened apple mangoes.
