1) Precautions when wearing gold/silver rewards

The rewards provided to supporters are made of 14K/18K gold.
For all 14K/18K gold, allergic reactions may occur depending on the alloy material and the components used in finishing processes such as plating and polish. However, the ingredients used by Gstone are precise and pure materials, making them relatively resistant to allergies.
However, depending on the constitution, condition, and environment of the supporter using the product, some allergic reactions may occur. Please check carefully before funding. Ifan allergic reaction occurs, please refrain from wearing it immediately..

2) Reward A/S Policy

For 30 days after receiving the reward, the initial defect policy of Wadiz takes precedence, and this A/S policy does not apply.

Q. What should I do if I don't know my ring size?

A. It is best to visit a nearby jewelry store to have it measured, but if you don't have time,please inquire via <Contact Us> and we will provide you with detailed guidance^^

Q. If the ring does not fit after receiving it, can I exchange it?

A. Due to the nature of this ring, it is not possible to change the size after production is complete.A new ring must be produced for exchange/shipping, and in this case, a basic labor fee (50,000~90,000 KRW) plus shipping cost will be charged. Therefore, please make sure to check your exact size before funding.

Q. How much is the A/S (after-sales service) fee?

A. Gstone's rewards come with lifetime A/S service (Call center 070-8959-4247 / Text 010-4867-8959, weekdays 10am~6pm) and basic services are provided free of charge (only a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged). Black plating/polishing/replating costs 10,000~20,000 KRW, and we will provide detailed guidance depending on the situation.
