Q. Are the flavors and aromas in the tasting notes actually from those ingredients?

A. No, cold brew coffee is made only with coffee and water, and the flavors and aromas in the tasting notes are unique characteristics of the coffee itself.

Q. What is included in the gift set?

A. The gift includes a mini poster as a basic item along with the cold brew coffee you funded, and you can choose to receive a recipe card.

Q. How should I store the product and what is the shelf life?

A. The shelf life of cold brew coffee is three months from the date of manufacture. Please store it in a cool place away from direct sunlight and high humidity. After opening, be sure to refrigerate and consume as soon as possible.

Q. How far along is the preparation of the current product?

A. For cold brew coffee, green bean sourcing and sample roasting begin about 40 days before launch. About 25 days before, all work with the designer and photographer is completed, and preparations for production of the final product are finished before starting the funding.

Q. How will the funds be used?

A. The funds will be used to purchase green beans and food containers for the production of the funded product, as well as for R&D costs such as requesting inspections from nationally certified food hygiene testing agencies.
